1. Data we collect

Account: email, name and password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes — never in plain text.

Orders: the shipping details you enter at checkout (name, address, phone) so we can dispatch your order.

Payments: handled end-to-end by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

2. Your GPS data

Your sensors' recordings download and process locally on your computer with the Team Hub. They are never uploaded to our servers: you decide what to export (GPX, CSV or ZIP) and who to share it with.

3. How we use data

To run the shop and shipping, activate your licenses automatically against your purchase email, provide support and keep the platform secure. No personalized advertising, no profiling.

4. Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing and receipts) and the carriers needed to deliver your order. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use the browser's local storage for the essentials: your signed-in session, the cart, and preferences like country and language. No third-party ad trackers.

6. Retention & security

We keep account and order data while your account is active or the law requires it. Everything travels encrypted over HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data anytime: reach us through the contact section (FAQ → Contact an agent) and we'll take care of it.

8. Minors

The shop is intended for people 16 and older. Data of underage players within a club is managed by the club on its own machines; make sure you have guardian consent.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page with its update date.
