1. Who we are

Sportech is the performance platform for football: GPS devices (track, trackPRO and deluxe), full-squad combos, Team App licenses, the tactics board and the tournament tools. We operate at sportech-app.com.

2. Purchases & payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and the final amount is always the price held on our server at the moment you pay.

Right after paying you receive Stripe's official receipt by email with the full details of your order. If you need an extra document, write to us and we'll help.

3. Shipping

We ship devices and combos to 9 countries — United States, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil and Spain — from our US warehouse. Delivery times vary by destination; shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout. Full details live on the Shipping & returns page.

4. Returns & refunds

If something arrives wrong or you change your mind, write to us and the team processes the return for you: the refund is for the full amount and goes back to the card you paid with.

5. Licenses & subscriptions

Team App licenses (plans for 1, 2, 4 or 8 teams plus the Academy plan), the tactics board and tournament licenses are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period.

Your license activates automatically, linked to the email you bought with, and is managed from /cuenta → My licenses. You can cancel anytime by writing to us: you keep access until the end of the paid period and there are no further charges.

6. One account

A single account (email and password) unlocks the whole ecosystem: the website, /cuenta, the Team App and tournaments. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on your account.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for illegal activity, attempt to access other people's accounts, resell licenses without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the service.

8. Devices & warranty

GPS devices ship verified. If a unit has a factory defect, contact us: we resolve it with a replacement or a refund depending on the case.

9. Intellectual property

The Sportech brand, the Team App software, the Team Hub and the site content belong to Sportech. The GPS data you generate with your devices is yours.

10. Liability

Sportech provides sports measurement tools; they are not a medical product and do not replace professional judgment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or license.
